Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a defined region. You’ll be responsible for creating demand for our product portfolio, developing strong relationships with merchants, distributors and contractors, and building a robust pipeline of project opportunities.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow sales with key merchants, distributors and contractors across your territory, build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into sales, deliver product training, presentations and customer engagement activities.

Proven sales experience within construction, building products, utilities or a related sector, highly self-motivated, driven and able to work independently, excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience within construction, building products, utilities or a related sector
- Highly self-motivated, driven and able to work independently
- Strong experience working with buying groups, contractors and distributors
- Experience of contractor-led selling and spot market sales
- Ideally experienced in working with multi-national distributors
- Understanding of the multi-utilities market would be highly beneficial
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region
