As an Account Manager, you will lead daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of people and places. You will guide, develop, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.

Manage scheduling, lead and develop security teams, enhance client relationships, handle security incidents and emergencies, and direct compliance and security operational excellence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams
- Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
- Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
