Role Overview
The Outbound Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging current/prospective customers to sell residential services through outbound dialing. The agent must be self-motivated, have a thorough understanding of altafiber’s products and services, and consistently meet sales goals.
What You Will Do
Utilize outbound dialing to acquire new customers, upgrade current customers, and upsell. Assess customer needs, offer solutions, and negotiate products and services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a team environment. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or telecommunications is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Four years of High School or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in sales or marketing highly preferred
- Prior experience in telecommunications preferred
- Prior experience in a call center preferred
