Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager, Amazon Fuse

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager will streamline 3P partner marketing workflows, standardize marketing operations processes, and create scalable solutions across the global marketing ecosystem. This role will be responsible for productivity and efficiency goals, driving scalable improvements across the partner marketing lifecycle, and developing new solutions for key programs like AI integration.

What You Will Do

Design and implement simplified processes and programs, drive operational excellence in partner marketing asset management, develop and maintain standardized marketing calendars, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create and analyze marketing operations performance metrics, enable regional teams with marketing automation tools, spearhead campaign automation adaptation and localization efforts, and establish and document best practices for partner marketing operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
