Role Overview
As a Senior Growth Manager, you will play a central role in positioning amberra and the marketability of our portfolio solutions in the cooperative financial group (GFG). You will ensure that innovative near- and beyond-banking business models become scalable, marketable, and performance-driven solutions.
What You Will Do
You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies for our portfolio solutions, identify target groups, use cases, and value propositions, and translate them into effective marketing and sales approaches.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will work closely with banks and portfolio companies, steer marketing measures consistently data- and KPI-based, and analyze existing setups to identify quick wins and scaling levers.
Requirements
- several years of experience in the field of growth marketing, go-to-market, or performance marketing
- proven experience in developing and implementing scalable marketing and growth strategies
- secure in handling performance metrics, tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization
- strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion logic, and lifecycle marketing
- experience in building and scaling B2B, B2C, or B2B2C business models
- ability to translate complex products so that they are clearly understandable and marketable
- strong ability to translate data into concrete measures
- hands-on mentality and enjoy implementing and optimizing things yourself
- experience in working with various stakeholders
- experience with common marketing, analytics, and CRM tools
- secure in handling data, dashboards, and reporting
- experience in using AI tools and automation in marketing
