What You Will Do
Identify and leverage opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. Manage software subscription renewals end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and customer retention.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals
- Experience in upselling/cross-selling software products
- First experience or strong interest in stakeholder management and account ownership within a B2B sales environment
- Business fluent in German and English
