Role Overview

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing existing accounts, hunting for new business, and driving earnings and incentives. What You Will Do

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be the customer champion, owning and nurturing the customer relationship in a team-based selling model. You’ll educate customers on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies to help customers succeed. You’ll also drive sales success by selling to customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals
  • Problem solving ability / organization and negotiation skills
  • Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tech-savviness – proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
