Role Overview
Join American Residential Services (ARS) as an Inside Sales Representative / Phone Closer to close sales from company-provided warm leads. This role focuses on following up with homeowners, building rapport over the phone, and converting opportunities into booked sales.
What You Will Do
Follow up with warm leads, make high-volume calls, contact homeowners, build rapport, present service options, and convert opportunities into closed sales.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to close sales over the phone
- High energy, confidence, and strong persuasion skills
- Previous inside sales, phone sales, or rehash sales experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
