Role Overview
Join American Residential Services (ARS) as an Inside Sales Representative / Phone Closer, working with company-generated leads and customer inquiries to close sales and schedule services. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to close sales in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
What You Will Do
Follow up with warm leads, make high-volume calls, build rapport with customers, present service options, and convert opportunities into closed sales. Track customer interactions and sales activity within company systems, and meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to close sales over the phone
- High energy, confidence, and strong persuasion skills
- Previous inside sales, phone sales, or rehash sales experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
