Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will aid the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and the company in serving auction customers. The role involves lead generation, promoting sale events, and maintaining the customer database, while exhibiting superior customer service.

What You Will Do

Provide efficient and courteous service to customers, make phone calls to dealers, follow-up with consignment lists, and accurately account for daily dealer interactions via Salesforce data capture.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve sales goals
