Role Overview
Assist the team in management of business relationships with the objective of driving account, deposit and revenue growth while enhancing employer satisfaction. Ensure procedures are kept up to date and train the team on new and existing processes.
What You Will Do
Support team by answering day to day questions, assist team with reaching stated account, deposit and revenue growth objectives, mentor team to support the overall revenue growth goals, work with the team to assist and support the overall retention and satisfaction of assigned clients.

Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 5-7 years experience with employee benefits or equivalent account management experience required
