Role Overview
The District Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to achieve and exceed quarterly sales objectives through thoughtful leadership, disciplined execution, and meaningful customer engagement. The role requires balancing the art and science of selling, leveraging data, analytics, market insights, and field intelligence to make strategic decisions that maximize patient impact.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of ADRs and Sr. ADRs, drive achievement of quarterly and annual business objectives, inspire teams to uncover customer needs, and utilize data analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Resides in Eastern Ontario
- Experience in Cardiology/ Cardiometabolic market
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
