Role Overview
The Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for commercializing the company’s products in a designated territory, with a focus on industrial sales and business development. The role requires strong sales and business development skills, with experience in the tire, food, and bakery, and automotive segments. The manager will develop and communicate annual sales and gross profit budgets, identify market opportunities, and establish action plans to develop business with strategic customers.
What You Will Do
The Distribution Sales Manager will develop and communicate annual sales and gross profit budgets, identify market opportunities, and establish action plans to develop business with strategic customers. They will also coordinate product sales to attain NSV budget and margin targets, work with Global Industry Segment Managers to coordinate customer development initiatives, and administer and maintain customer activity through the CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in international sales or business development, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be able to drive results, be detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in international sales or Business Development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Strategic planning and project execution
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in the US
