Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to contribute from day one. This position is NOT entry-level. We are specifically seeking inside sales professionals who have at least 2 years of successful inside sales experience.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound sales calls with the goal of converting leads into customers, use a consultative approach to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions, and upsell and cross-sell services to increase customer value and revenue per interaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal communication, rapport-building, and closing skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
