Handle inbound sales calls, use consultative approach to assess customer needs, upsell and cross-sell services, hit and exceed monthly sales quotas, and accurately document customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong verbal communication, rapport-building, and closing skills
  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
