Field Marketing Specialist will support real estate agents across the Carolinas region, specifically the Charlotte area. This role blends field marketing, one-on-one consultations, community engagement, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is organized, enthusiastic about marketing, and passionate about helping others succeed.

What You Will Do

The Field Marketing Specialist will serve as a trusted marketing partner to agents, conduct annual reviews of agents’ digital scorecards, break down complex marketing and technology concepts, lead group sessions and one-on-one consultations, and maintain a strong in-office presence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
