Role Overview

The Account Manager will interact with individual customers by developing relationships through personal sales calls and other social activities. They will assist customers with product choices according to their specific needs and provide ongoing support to product distribution channels.

What You Will Do

The Account Manager will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, assist dealers with sales and ordering processes, and help coordinate marketing and outreach efforts. They will also develop and execute strategies to identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities within existing client accounts.

Requirements

  • Self-driven, organized, and detailed oriented
  • Natural Stone sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related industry preferred
  • Sales experience in industry (architectural, design, or construction)
  • An established book of business preferred
