Role Overview
Lead marketing planning and execution for retail and wholesale channels in Taiwan, partnering with channel owners and regional marketing teams. Work closely with Creative and Product Line Management teams to inform seasonal calendars and brand strategy.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute marketing plans, oversee campaign execution, manage seasonal marketing calendars, and work with PLM, Design, and Creative teams to develop product education tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or creative role, including 2 years in management
- Strong understanding of outdoor and fashion market landscapes
- Strong ability to communicate to both peers and senior leaders
- Proven track record of marketing concepts, channels, and platforms
- Thorough understanding of customers’ online behavior
- Ability to leverage data to establish online marketing vision and strategy
- Highly organized, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions
- Highly flexible and adaptable
- Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
- Inspires breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
