Director, Marketing Technology & Campaign Operations

Role Overview

The Director, Marketing Technology & Campaign Operations owns the technology, data, and operational engine that powers Arctic Wolf’s global marketing organization. This role sits on the Growth Services and Operations leadership team and reports directly to the VP, Growth Services and Operations.

What You Will Do

The Director will own the strategy, architecture, and performance of the marketing technology ecosystem, including Marketo administration, governance, and configuration. They will also lead the strategy and execution for embedding AI into the marketing technology stack and daily team workflows.

They should be able to manage a distributed, regionally diverse team across both technology and execution disciplines and keep them focused on outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, campaign operations, or demand generation
• Hands-on experience with Marketo (or a comparable marketing automation platform) administration and Salesforce
• Experience building and owning a marketing technology roadmap, including vendor evaluation, integration management, and stack governance
• Experience managing multi-channel campaign execution, such as email, webinar, and direct mail, at scale
• Experience identifying and operationalizing AI or automation use cases within marketing or revenue operations workflows
• Experience managing distributed or global teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing technology and campaign investments to revenue outcomes
