Affiliate Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of our affiliate marketing in our focus markets. You will manage partners, networks, campaigns, tracking, and performance optimization with the goal of combining efficient customer acquisition, sustainable growth, and strong brand integrity.

What You Will Do

You will develop and manage our affiliate marketing strategy, manage affiliate networks, publishers, content partners, and loyalty and cashback platforms, plan and coordinate affiliate campaigns, analyze relevant KPIs, and ensure clean tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, publisher models, partner management, tracking, attribution, and performance-based marketing
• Experience in campaign planning, partner negotiations, reporting, and performance optimization
• Analytical thinking, questioning performance cleanly, and a clear sense of brand fit, customer experience, and responsible growth
• Clear communication, negotiation in German and English, and project management
