Role Overview
The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Alliance’s event marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, influence pipeline growth, and support company revenue goals. This role owns the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of all in-person and virtual events.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute event marketing strategy, plan and manage events, research industry associations and events, analyze market trends, manage event budgets, track and monitor event performance, and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Leadership, and Marketing teams.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing, Sales, field marketing, demand generation, or event management
- Experience managing conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and communicate marketing impact
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
