Role Overview
The Director, Product Marketing is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving ASM’s product and business success in the market. This role defines and executes go-to-market strategies, shapes product and technology roadmaps through deep customer and market insight, and builds strong executive-level customer partnerships to accelerate adoption, market share, and profitability.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include China Market & Industry Research, Product Positioning & Value Packaging, Strategic Leadership & Business Ownership, New Product Introduction (NPI) & Market Positioning, Technology & Product Roadmap Influence, Sales & Market Strategy, Executive Customer Engagement, Commercial Leadership, and Business Operations & Forecasting.

Requirements
- MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry
- At least 5 years in product marketing, business development, sales, or product management roles
