Role Overview
You will play a key strategic, tactical and operational long-term role in facilitating and executing our plans to expand our business activities across the Nordic region. You will hold full commercial responsibility for the Nordic region, with a clear initial focus on Sweden.
What You Will Do
You will have a high degree of freedom and mandate to define priorities and shape the market approach within the agreed Nordic strategy. Your role is positioned as a hunter-driven key account role, where new business development is directly linked to disciplined and structured key account management.

Requirements
- Extensive technical solution sales experience within Sweden or other Nordic countries
- Strong commercial understanding and experience in opening new markets
- Ideally with experience in dealing with architects, engineers and technical managers
- Ability to work structured with CRM, pipeline and forecast
- Good technical understanding – ideally with experience from the construction/heavy industry
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess the ability to navigate agilely, on both a business and human level, in the interaction between a large global company and the business unit and company that you represent on a daily basis
- Residence in Denmark or Sweden and willingness to travel approximately 120 days per year
- Fluent in English
