Role Overview

The Business Development Associate is responsible for receiving all incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Associates.

What You Will Do

Receiving inbound sales phone calls and leads, identifying client needs, scheduling appointments, placing outbound phone calls, addressing client concerns, mailing marketing letters, following up post visit, and attending Sales Department meetings.
