Role Overview
The e-Commerce Sales Manager leads a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers, driving a high-level of performance to increase market share and achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins.
What You Will Do
Lead the sales team, set clear vision and goals, engage and motivate the team, drive business through day-to-day operations, handle e-leads, manage follow-up, and ensure effective customer transitions.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in eCommerce automotive sales
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
