Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will advise customers on sustainable paint and coating systems as a senior sparring partner. You will analyze complex situations on site, provide high-quality paint technical advice and treatment plans, and guide projects from start to finish.
What You Will Do
You will analyze paint technical issues, prepare well-founded advice, guide projects, handle and report complaints and guarantees, strengthen customer relationships, and record research, reports, and customer information in CRM.

Requirements
- Technical depth with commercial insight
- Analytical skills to translate complex technical requirements and regulations into practical, sustainable solutions
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level in chemistry, application technology, or materials science
- At least 3 years of work experience in a technical advisory or field service role
- Experience with paint or coatings systems and relevant standards and regulations
- Knowledge of sustainability themes such as LCA, CO2, and MKI
