Role Overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing top-tier accounts in Averna’s markets, blending complex technical problems with a consultative solution-based selling culture. The position is highly visible and cross-functional, with opportunities to showcase skills across all departments of Averna and globally.
What You Will Do
Develop new business, maintain and grow existing accounts, build and execute account plans, present solution concepts and business proposals, coordinate with Averna partners, manage quota accountability, and manage CRM.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of account management experience with Fortune 500 OEM clients, experience in solution selling, and a solid understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical preferred)
- 5+ years of Account Management experience with Fortune 500 OEM clients
- Experience in solution selling, including Test & Measurement solutions
- Technical understanding of automation, test, and measurement equipment concepts
- Experience with automation applications, including precision mechanics and optical systems
