Role Overview
The Manager, Sales Operations partners with the Sales team to manage the business with data, tracking sales pipeline, reporting, and modeling to provide key forecasting and analytical insights.
What You Will Do
Manage support functions essential to sales force productivity, provide weekly/monthly reporting and analysis, develop Gap to Goal analysis, identify business process improvements, and manage cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Sales, or a related function, with a strong background in CRM, financial systems, and analytics, and experience managing and leading teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years’ experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Sales or a related function
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in managing and leading team at the supervisory/manager level
- CRM proficiency required, preferably SFDC or MSFT Dynamics
- Snowflake proficiency required
- BI tools familiarity preferred, ideally Tableau or MS Power BI
