Role Overview
Manage and optimize Axalta’s digital presence across global B2B customer base, including marketing automation, email management, web, social, and advertising channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You Will Do
Create and manage digital customer communications, manage multiple languages, manage website updates, support social media presence, and manage digital reporting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
5-10 years of experience in Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, or digital marketing communications, proficiency in Salesforce, Adobe Enterprise Management, and social media platforms, and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
- 5-10 years of experience in Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, or digital marketing communications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement, SF Pardot, SF Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Enterprise Management
- Experience in supporting social media platforms, web analytics tools, and A/B testing tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
