Role Overview
Join our growing Business Development & Solutions Enablement team in the Americas as a Manager, Sales Enablement. Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our sales enablement program, partnering with sales leaders and stakeholders across the Americas and Sweden. This role is based out of our Americas HQ in Chelmsford, MA and is an in-office position.
What You Will Do
Shape and run a sales enablement strategy, build and refresh enablement assets, spot performance gaps, and develop solutions to help sales teams close deals more quickly.

Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales, Business Development or Marketing at a technology company, ideally with indirect channel experience
- 5+ years leading teams that established and evolved a sales enablement program
- Clear understanding of the full sales lifecycle
