Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a vital engine of our growth strategy, handling incoming sales calls, managing the Salesforce lead queue, and qualifying leads into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). You will work together with Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) to optimize the quality of SQLs and accompany the sales team to trade fairs or key partner meetings.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include active lead qualification, proactive market development, digital pioneering, close collaboration with ISAMs, and showing presence at trade fairs or partner meetings.

Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in a similar position
- Experience and knowledge in IT (the security industry is a big advantage)
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Hunter and sales-driven personality
- Friendly and open character
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken (additional languages like French or German are a plus, but not a requirement)
