Key responsibilities include sales & revenue generation, business development, strategic marketing & value proposition, innovation & technical integration, risk & compliance management, brand & market positioning, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Organic Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the chemical industry sales.
- Strong commercial and technical networking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a structured and flexible approach.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset.
