The Sales Manager – Fine Chemicals & Intermediates is responsible for achieving budgeted sales, volume, and contribution targets for Fine Chemicals & Intermediates. Key responsibilities include sales & revenue generation, business development, strategic marketing & value proposition, innovation & technical integration, risk & compliance management, brand & market positioning, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Organic Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the chemical industry sales.
  • Strong commercial and technical networking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a structured and flexible approach.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset.
