Role Overview

Floral Sales Leads are frontline retail employees at Bachman’s, helping customers find products, answering questions, and assisting with purchases. This is a full or part-time year-round opportunity.

What You Will Do

Provide customer service, generate revenue, and assist with store operations, including stocking, pricing, and maintaining seasonal displays.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of POS systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail
• Interest in the floral/garden/gift industry
• Ability to interact with and build relationships with customers
• Technical knowledge including POS
• High energy level
