Role Overview

The FP&A Analyst is a high-impact role responsible for driving financial insight and supporting key operational and strategic decision-making for BAC. Financial reporting and analysis will serve as the foundation for driving these insights. Approximately half of the responsibilities of this role will be ad-hoc, project-based assignments analyzing the current business environment and guiding strategic decision-making focused on optimizing the business’ financial performance.

What You Will Do

Analyze key financial metrics, perform variance analysis, develop and enhance financial reporting, own forecasting and planning processes, identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop financial models to support business cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years experience in manufacturing finance, plant finance or cost accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of business systems, both ERP and reporting systems
