Role Overview
As a Beauty Care Solutions (BCS) Account Manager, you will drive profitable growth by building strong strategic partnerships with key customers, translating their needs into differentiated active ingredients offers, and managing the entire Order To Cash process. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Technical Service to contribute directly to customer success and long-term portfolio expansion.
What You Will Do
You will lead and develop strategic customer relationships, define and execute account strategies, negotiate pricing and contracts, identify and drive new business opportunities, and monitor market trends and customer strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field
- 5 years of experience in a sales or technical customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts, influence decision-makers, and lead technical projects from concept to commercialization
