Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategy Lead / Founders Associate with a focus on GTM & Marketing to work on the most important growth questions of the company. You will report directly to our VP Growth & Strategy and work closely with the founders Justus and Max.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include reducing CAC by optimizing existing channels, building the brand through new Top-of-Funnel initiatives, developing new business models, and managing SEA/SEO agency and affiliate partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a performance-oriented environment
  • Excellent academic background (business, natural, or engineering sciences)
  • First touchpoints with marketing/GTM
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced data competence
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ownership mentality
  • Strong communication skills towards founders, investors, and operational team
  • Fluent German and very good English
