Role Overview
This position leads field enablement technology by owning the business requirements and governance for Veeva CRM and ACTO LMS, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a capability roadmap, drive change management and user adoption, and support training and reporting for the Field Sales Force (including Payer and Medical teams).
What You Will Do
Serves as a business owner and guides the business requirements for Veeva CRM and ACTO LMS supporting the Field Sales Force including Payer and Medical teams. Leads the field enablement technology strategy and establish a capability roadmap for field enablement, align BU’s and execute on the roadmap.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 2+ years of experience in Field enablement technologies (Veeva CRM, SFDC, Alignment, Roster)
- 5+ years of sales manager experience
- Experience implementing CRM across multiple businesses for the field, Market Access, and MSL
- Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams
