Role Overview

As a Business Development Center Representative at Baxter Toyota of Lincoln, you will play a direct role in transforming the auto industry by providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and achieving service retention goals. You will be part of a high-impact team that delivers an unforgettable experience for every guest and operates with discipline and focus to achieve operational and financial success.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for the Service Department, ensuring customer retention through extraordinary customer service, and using a multi-line phone system to receive high-volume inbound calls. You will also be expected to achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention using multiple forms of communication.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Customer service experience preferred
