What You Will Do
Develop and execute business growth strategies, serve as an ethical, strategic, and inspirational leader and mentor, provide strategic counsel and transparent reporting, build and sustain trust-based relationships, design and implement scalable business plans, identify and solve complex business challenges, attract, develop, and retain top talent, create meaningful professional development pathways, and champion accountability and a culture of ownership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Marketing, or closely related discipline
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategy, and deliver measurable growth outcomes
