Role Overview

The National Sales Manager for ADx-India/South Asia will lead and develop the sales strategy and execution for OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED’s advanced diagnostics (ADx) portfolio across India and the South Asia region. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within the diagnostic sector.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for ADx products in India and South Asia. Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, competitive markets
  • In-depth knowledge of the advanced diagnostics market, including molecular diagnostics, immunoassays, and clinical laboratory operations
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory environment, and purchasing processes in India and South Asia
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
