Role Overview
The Business Development Director, Cybersecurity leads business development strategy and execution for cybersecurity services by driving market penetration, identifying target clients, and advancing qualified opportunities. This role collaborates with Practice Leaders, industry leaders, principals, and client service professionals to develop and implement cybersecurity-focused growth plans aligned with Firm strategy.
What You Will Do
Develops and executes cybersecurity business development plans, identifies priority markets, and generates opportunities with targeted prospects through approved lead generation activities.

- Experience managing sales pipeline, lead generation activity, and CRM reporting, required
- Knowledge of cybersecurity service areas, including cyber risk, governance, security strategy, regulatory compliance, incident response, identity and access management, cloud security, data protection, and managed security services, required
