Role Overview
This is a high-impact, multi-hat role on our Finance team, reporting to Sr. Manager FP&A. You will own sales commissions end-to-end for our ~200-person global sales organization in CaptivateIQ and broaden into go-to-market (GTM) analytics, Salesforce data hygiene, and ARR-to-ACV reconciliation.
What You Will Do
Own sales commissions, run all commissions processes end-to-end in CaptivateIQ, partner with Sales and Finance leadership on comp plan strategy and design, build and maintain complex plan logic, manage the monthly and quarterly commission close, and serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team’s comp questions.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales commissions administration in CaptivateIQ or a comparable incentive compensation tool
- Prior experience working at a SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
