Responsibilities include daily tracking and coding, process and written culture, automation, KPIs and dashboards, sales cycle tracking and alerts, and commercial capacity management.

Requirements

  • Daily tracking and coding of activity, coding, and data quality entered by SDRs and salespeople
  • Update and formalize commercial processes
  • Automate recurring tasks as much as possible (reporting, relaunching, enriching, coding)
  • Design, ensure, and maintain commercial KPIs and dashboards
  • Supervise activity throughout the sales cycle and alert in case of drops (pipeline, conversion, velocity)
  • Dimension and manage the team’s capacity to handle incoming and outgoing lead flows
