Role Overview
Inside sales representative role involves working with a database of contacts, converting prospects into members, and keeping current members engaged and renewed. The role requires building rapport quickly, closing deals, and seeing a direct line between effort and paycheck.
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls, generate quality conversations, work new prospects from lead to close, guide prospects through application process, manage renewals, and serve as bridge between members and vendors.
