Role Overview
We are a leading agency in Europe, implementing Google & YouTube Ads as a growth engine for international D2C brands. We manage Google Ads accounts of top brands with budgets of millions per month. You will work with a 35+-member elite team, covering performance and creativity at the highest level.
What You Will Do
You will steer customer Google Ad campaigns, manage e-commerce accounts, and coordinate with internal experts. You will conduct customer calls, create analytical reports, and accompany new customers with growth roadmaps.

You will need to bring at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads, self-responsibility, and customer communication skills. You should be able to handle tools like the Google Merchant Center and common multichannel e-commerce tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads
- Self-responsibility: At least 1 year of independent e-commerce account management
- Customer communication: Conducting calls sovereignly, presenting reports, and clearly assigning results
- Safe handling of tools like the Google Merchant Center and common multichannel e-commerce tools for feed optimization
- German on C1 level for clear communication with customers and the team
