Role Overview
Lead and develop the Inside Sales team, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, CRM excellence, and sales process effectiveness. Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily team operations, sales performance, lead generation, CRM optimization, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage pipelines and forecasts.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of direct sales experience
- 5+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales performance reporting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and strong business acumen
- Positive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
