Benevity is seeking an Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. The role will assist leadership with forecasting, analyzing, and understanding financial plans and results. The Financial Analyst will work closely with senior business partners to develop the annual budget, deliver variance analysis, and support strategic business decisions through financial modeling and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Budgeting/Forecasting or related experience
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis
  • Experience with AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, or demonstrated curiosity about AI tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Pigment, Adaptive Insights, and Salesforce an asset
