We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, to assist with forecasting, analyzing and understanding financial plans and results.
Requirements
- Work closely with the FP&A Manager and senior business partners across Benevity to assist in the development of the annual budget
- Own and develop financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance
- Deliver consistent and reliable variance analysis of the company’s financial, people and operational data to inform decision making across the business
- Support strategic business decisions through ROI-focused financial modeling and analysis for our internal teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a key point of contact for all things finance.
- Prepare board decks, executive presentations, and investor communications.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate financial analysis, automate reporting tasks, streamline workflows and surface insights from large and complex datasets
- Contribute to implementation of new financial planning tool
- Own FP&A data maintenance and integrity across our planning and reporting systems
- Support ongoing enhancement of financial processes, systems and data to improve accuracy, scalability, and automation.
