Requirements
- Experience with CRO and UX work, preferably from a similar position or a bureau
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar or Clarity), and platforms for A/B testing
- Structured and methodical approach to testing, and ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and understandable way to colleagues
