Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research.
What You Will Do
Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, nurture early-stage opportunities, and partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline.

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in business development, lead generation, sales or related field experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative
- Solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
